Order to the day-to-day management of the client’s business. This position is instrumental in ensuring that all client projects are completed on time, on budget and meet client/agency objectives.  You will work closely with Project Management to coordinate agency resources and will interface with the various departments and personnel.

  • Collect and prepare client reporting for digital campaigns; Analyze data to provide client with recommendations for optimizations
  • Take ownership over weekly reporting responsibilities, incorporating a variety of resources, from media companies and third party resources

As resource manager, you will work with creative directors to thoughtfully resource award winning creative projects. You will be responsible for organizing and scheduling project resources including creative teams, UX/UI, and developers. Projects range from copy updates to creating multifaceted marketing campaigns. • Internal trafficking between account management, creative, programming and/or

production. (e.g. - Tracking creative/digital revisions and ensuring they are

implemented accurately.)

• Interface with clients to manage the delivery of projects.

• External vendor communication and management.

• Creating and revising job updates and change orders.

• Must be able to diplomatically enforce deadlines.

• Willingness to do what it takes to see jobs through to completion and meet

deadlines.

 

EDUCATION/TRAINING/EXPERIENCE

• 2+ years experience as a digital project manager on emails, banners, landing pages,

microsites, etc

• Be passionate and informed about the digital space

• Must have experience managing programmers

• Must be able to put together a detailed project plan in Microsoft Project, Basecamp

experience a plus

• Must be process-oriented but still flexible and adaptable; able to manage shifting

priorities as projects evolve

• Experience with CMS systems a plus (ex: Ektron, Kentico, etc)

• Experience with UX deliverables a plus (ex: Information Architectures, wireframes,

etc)

• Excellent attention to detail

• Able to prioritize tasks; able to identify risks to timing/scope and plan

accordingly

• Strong problem solving skills

• Able to handle multiple and simultaneous deadlines

• Able to manage cross-discipline teams

• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral

• Must be able to coordinate and facilitate discussions and meetings across client

and agency teams

• Must have outstanding interpersonal and problem solving skills and be a team player

• Previous project management experience with advertising/marketing agency mandatory
