The Assistant Media Planner will facilitate and execute the media buys and assists in developing marketing solutions on behalf of the clients the gyro SF media team represents. This position reports directly to the Media Supervisor but will be supervised by planning leads on the account.

Reporting to the Director, Agency Operations, the Project Manager will be responsible for managing job schedules, balancing resources, maximizing staff utilization and ensuring all projects are seen through to completion on time and on budget. This is an integrated role with a mix of traditional(print and video) and digital projects.

  • Confer with key team members to develop a project plan, milestones and required tasks for each project

The Content Project manager is an integral part of gyro’s Content & Community team. This role helps keep the creative content process moving along fluidly, by bringing strategic thinking and rigor to a team that is always on the move.

The Media Planner works closely with all personnel representing the media team. ART DIRECTOR SUMMER INTERNSHIP

gyro’s Internship Program is designed to give eager, bright individuals the best, most realistic internship experience in the advertising industry. Our interns are embraced as contributing employees of the agency, and are expected to be innovative and produce ideas that are humanly relevant. Participants work alongside award-winning leadership, who will help you develop into the young professional you strive to be.

This is a paid program that will start in the beginning of June and run through August. This exceptional program is offered to college students or recent college grads. Applicants will be accepted through April 14th.

 

Art Director Internship:

The Art Direction Intern is responsible for providing support in all areas of Creative ranging from concepting to executing. Foremost, the Art Direction provides outstanding design support to AD/ACD(s). They also work with the creative team to create conceptually driven design and execute the visual language for a given project. Projects can be print or digital—they include, but are not limited to: print ads, direct mail, billboards, internal campaigns/presentations, web banners, engaging interactive sites, brand experiences, etc…

The Art Direction Intern often collaborates with copywriters and strategists to develop conceptually creative solutions that achieve the client/project goals outlined in a detailed creative brief. It is expected that the Art Direction Intern can not only, accomplish and maintain the quality of work throughout all phases of the project, but also ensure that various aspects of the idea and execution meet both agency standards and client expectations. The Art Direction Intern is expected to take feedback and direction and come back with thoughtful beautifully executed ideas, while keeping a positive/respectful attitude amidst a fast-paced and sometimes stressful industry.

  • Provide outstanding design support for AD/ACDs
  • Work closely with creative team to contribute conceptual ideas for client assignments
  • Help conceive, craft and execute great design on time and on strategy—even with tight turnarounds and pressure
  • Listen to and understand feedback/direction to deliver refined design executions
  • Must be able to delegate and manage ones schedule in order to keep up multiple projects.
  • Have strong communication and organizational skills
  • Participate in internal presentations—share concepts, designs, and ideas with excitement, conviction and excellent articulation
  • Willingness to be inspired, mentored and take feedback and direction from others
  • Stay curious and have strong desire to keep learning and improving

gyro’s Account Management Internship is a hands-on experience within our Account Management department. You will be working with real clients and doing real work. You will be considered a part of the Account Management team and be given tasks as if you were a full-time employee. Account Management interns will have the opportunity to be the driving force behind the creative of some of the biggest clients around.
