The Director of Content & Community is responsible for the development, management and execution of content marketing, social media programming and public relations at gyro . As a member of the senior management team, the position is responsible for agency growth and establishing the direction and vision for the broader content team. Candidates must demonstrate ability to grow accounts, provide strategic counsel and demonstrate content marketing value in the marketing mix. Ideal candidates will have relevant education, 10+ years of agency experience, and a proven track record for producing results.

  • Serve as internal and external champion for gyro content marketing
  • Set direction and vision for department growth and proprietary processes
  • Lead both the strategy and development of all content programs
  • Member of senior management team responsible for agency direction and vision for growth
  • Responsible for developing, coordinating, directing and administering policies and staffing for content marketing team

  • Proven ability to be a prolific content generator – seeing content programs through from stratégy through to execution

gyro is looking for a Senior Copywriter with the ability to write and edit content for a wide range of advertising and marketing communications in conjunction with the design team. The successful candidate will be an extremely talented, passionate and conceptual Copywriter who will aid in the planning, development, generation and implementation of copy for all media. Web, guerrilla, and experiential thinking is welcomed, coupled with an ability to write both technical and creative copy.

  • Write and edit copy for marketing communications including but not limited to print and online advertising, product brochures and fact sheets, Web site content, client-facing and prospecting letters, trade show and event support materials, direct marketing pieces and sales presentations
  • Coordinate with account management and design teams to ensure consistency with brand messaging and adherence to company style standards
  • Candidate must be able to think strategically and concept in a wide range of media, beyond the "what is" into the realm of "what can be"
  • Establish strong relationships across departments and an understanding of client needs, the consumer experience, marketing strategy and operational capabilities
  • We're looking for a team player interested in doing career-defining work under the guidance of a Creative Director who has done award-winning work
