The Media Planner works closely with all personnel representing the media team. This person provides guidance for Assistant Media Planners with execution of day-to-day tasks, supports entire media team with array of planning processes, and creates and expresses original ideas. In support of the senior media staff, the Media Planner assists in preparing media plans and/or comprehensive media proposals. This person should have a strong knowledge of media terminology, effective verbal and written communications skills and the capability to work independently if necessary. This candidate should also possess an exceptional ability to seamlessly multitask.

  • Gather and assemble background information and analyses as needed in development of media plans, documents and presentations, both independently and collaboratively

The marketing technologist establishes and executes the many facets of nurture campaign development, including the evaluation of client technologies, campaign planning, mapping and execution. The ideal candidate must be versed in performance of websites, landing pages, content marketing, CRM and nurture programs, SEO, PPC, social, PR, media and mobile campaigns. The marketing technologist is responsible for tag management, analytics program management and reporting, campaign tracking and optimization, and merging web to CRM for flow-through tracking.

The Account Executive is responsible for the day-to-day management of the client’s business. This position is instrumental in ensuring that all client projects are completed on time, on budget and meet client/agency objectives. The AE works with Project Management to coordinate agency resources for their projects and will interface with the various departments and personnel that are involved in project development on a day-to-day basis.

  • Act as primary client contact for appropriate client match
  • Develop knowledge of clients’ business, competitive challenges, and how key strategic

The Account Executive is responsible for the day-to-day management of the client’s business. This position is instrumental in ensuring that all client projects are completed on time, on budget and meet client/agency objectives. The AE works with Project Management to coordinate agency resources for their projects and will interface with the various departments and personnel that are involved in project development on a day-to-day basis.

The Strategic Account Planner is responsible for distilling the most essential insights, building and presenting a smart, well rationalized strategy recommendation for the client and inspiring internal teams to develop breakthrough creative ideas that address defined business problems. Acting as a voice of the consumer within an agency, the Account Planner will collect and synthesize insights to help identify ideal audiences, rational and emotive decision drivers and optimum methods of communication. The Account Planner must be a natural collaborator across the Strategy team, and other disciplines, including Account, Creative and Project Management.

 

Responsibilities Include:

The Account Supervisor is responsible for managing, coordinating and leading agency resources to meet the integrated marketing communication needs of assigned accounts. This position is often the primary day-to-day interface with mid-level client decision-makers and, with their Account Director, instrumental to the client’s success with the agency, and gyro‘s financial success with the account. This role also assists agency management to define key strategic issues for clients, and their impact on agency objectives.
