Reporting to the Vice President of Digital Integration, the Senior Digital Project Manager will be responsible for all project management responsibilities from forecasting and planning all the way through delivery. This includes:

 

  • Working with account teams to scope projects, create statements of work (SOW) and ensure that projects are managed according to the statements of work
  • Interfacing with clients in managing the delivery of programs and projects
  • Developing detailed project plans with timings, resource allocation, milestones and deliverables
  • Working with Account Management, Analytics, Strategy, Creative Directors and Producers to generate schedules for overall project completion and make updates as needed, notifying all appropriate parties
  • Collaborating with Strategy to recommend email marketing program enhancements as they relate to effective implementation
  • Implementing and executing effective marketing automation roadmaps on any marketing automation platform
  • Setting and leading meetings in conjunction with Account Management
  • Continually assessing project statuses to ensure goals are being met and that they are within scope and budget
  • Providing direction and insightful solutions to circumvent project issues and to take advantage of opportunities
  • Regularly communicating status of projects by means of weekly meetings, status reports and updates throughout the day
  • Helping to maintain overall quality by assisting Account Management with proofing materials according to routing procedure
  • Influencing and evangelizing process improvement initiatives across multiple departments
  • Diplomatically enforcing deadlines
  • Doing what it takes to see projects through to completion and meet tight deadlines

 

We are looking for someone who will bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of project management experience with an emphasis in digital marketing
  • Experience with marketing automation and CRM technologies (i.e. Marketo, Salesforce.com, Eloqua, HubSpot, Pardot, ExactTarget)
  • Experience and understanding of marketing automation process including landing pages, segmentation, email creation, workflows, A/B testing and campaign reporting
  • Experience in Agile management of web technology projects including website and application development
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
  • Command of artistic design and conceptual processes
  • Skill in using project management applications (i.e. Microsoft Project or Smartsheet)
  • Ability to coordinate and facilitate discussions and meetings across client and agency teams

The Search Strategist will manage search optimization programs across SEO & PPC including strategy, set up, creative development and reporting on multiple projects of various sizes.   The candidate is responsible for understanding client goals and expectations as well as all department deliverables and must be able to clearly convey and explain search engine best practices to company associates and clients.

The Content Project manager is an integral part of gyro’s Content & Community team. This role helps keep the creative content process moving along fluidly, by bringing strategic thinking and rigor to a team that is always on the move.

  • Collaborate to manage multiple projects at a time, stick to a budget and shepherd work through the creative process on sometimes-tight schedules.
  • Managing content reviews and revision cycles by ensuring client feedback is met accurately.

The Account Executive is responsible for the day-to-day management of the client’s business. The Network Systems Administrator will provide information technology, audio and video technical support to employees in North American locations of gyro, particularly those in the Cincinnati. This is not a senior level position.

·       Provide onsite and remote technical support, training, and troubleshooting to North American computer and A/V systems users, primarily those in Cincinnati.

·       Provide support of A/V meetings and technology projects that may involve clients.

·       Support infrastructure maintenance and projects.

The Account Supervisor is responsible for managing, coordinating and leading agency resources to meet the integrated marketing communication needs of assigned accounts. This position is often the primary day-to-day interface with mid-level client decision-makers and, with their Account Director, instrumental to the client’s success with the agency, and gyro‘s financial success with the account. This role also assists agency management to define key strategic issues for clients, and their impact on agency objectives. In addition, they will provide input to the management team on opportunities to generate incremental revenue growth, and will often be responsible for account team direct reports.

The Senior Account Executive is responsible for the execution of all assigned client projects. The Senior AE coordinates and manages agency resources for their projects and acts as the day-to-day interface between the various agency departments that are involved in project development. This position is instrumental in ensuring that projects are completed on time, on-budget and well exceed client/agency objectives.

  • Develop full understanding of clients’ business, competitive challenges, and how key strategic issues could impact client/agency objectives
  • Develop and utilize an understanding of integrated marketing campaign management, production processes and reporting
  • Develop project/creative/media briefs based on client/agency input and present briefs to creative team and other agency departments involved in the project’s development
  • Be proactive – understand the big picture as well as the details and contribute suggestions, new ideas, procedure recommendations, etc. to team and agency management
  • Learn how to analyze campaign results, draw conclusions and proactively make recommendations to optimize the client’s program
  • Identify new opportunities within existing accounts and/or with complementary businesses to recommend and sell additional agency services
  • Understand multiple marketing disciplines beyond just advertising or direct response (e.g., how all disciplines can best work together to support client goals)
  • Forge strong cross-agency relationships; help train and manage new team members in agency procedures
  • Coordinate development of estimates, billing and vendor invoices within approved budgets
  • Be the go-to person for production status and schedules for assigned client projects; manage all work in-progress, track agency time against estimates and reconcile upon completion
  • Provide effective/timely communications to agency staff, clients, and outside suppliers through conference reports, emails, etc.
  • Evaluate copy, layout/artwork, media plans and production materials against approved briefs and make recommendations as appropriate prior to concepts being presented to clients
  • Anticipate project delays or cost/time overages
  • Keep supervisor and management fully informed of account challenges and opportunities
  • Contribute to the overall spirit of gyro by injecting a positive personal impact to the workplace by bringing enthusiasm, energy and a positive spirit

 

We are looking for someone who will bring:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing communications
  • 5+ yrs. relevant marketing programs management and/or agency experience
  • Must have B-to-B experience
  • Knowledge of 1-2 integrated marketing expertise areas (print advertising, interactive, online/offline direct marketing, vendor management)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Sound analytical skills

The Media Planner works closely with all personnel representing the media team. This person provides guidance for Assistant Media Planners with execution of day-to-day tasks, supports entire media team with array of planning processes, and creates and expresses original ideas. In support of the senior media staff, the Media Planner assists in preparing media plans and/or comprehensive media proposals. This person should have a strong knowledge of media terminology, effective verbal and written communications skills and the capability to work independently if necessary. This candidate should also possess an exceptional ability to seamlessly multitask.

  • Gather and assemble background information and analyses as needed in development of media plans, documents and presentations, both independently and collaboratively
  • Provide media planning research, including: contacting print and online resources and advertising venues to obtain information; downloading and reviewing online media information; talking or meeting with media representatives; obtaining industry-specific marketing data from trade associations, etc.
  • Assist in media planning, buying and accountability/stewardship functions and development
  • Be knowledgeable of digital and print media planning processes, evaluation, analysis and optimization
  • Establish and maintain goodwill and strong working relationships with internal and external partners
  • Answer telephone calls/e-mails from media reps, gathering any information required
  • Is involved in meetings with media representatives when requested
  •  Keeps abreast of client activities and objectives to provide backup when the primary media contact is unavailable
  • Ensure all media projects proceed according to plan and on deadline, drawing attention of media leadership team to potential problems before they occur
  • Use data and analyses to improve effectiveness and accountability of advertising campaigns
  •  Assist with analysis of external qualitative and quantitative research
  • Input timely, thorough and accurate data into media buying and third party ad serving software

 

We are looking for someone who will bring:

  • 2-4 years of media buying/planning experience
  • Agency experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Experience in both B2B and B2C client categories.
  • Background in social and search a plus
  • Experience in ad server set up and trafficking
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of the client¹s business, the consumer buying journey and where to reach core audiences
  • Responsible for handling Lead Generation and Awareness campaigns
  • Responsible for day to day campaign management: Plan recommendations, Campaign set up/tracking, weekly/daily reporting deliverable, billing
  • Strong grounding in analytics and measurement
  • Must be detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy and ability to manage budgets
  • Must know Excel
