Australia – gyro, the world’s first full-service, global creative B2B powerhouse and part of Dentsu Aegis Network has appointed two industry heavyweights; Jessie Jordan (Creative Director) and Simon Rich (Director of Strategy) to join the gyro Sydney team.

The pair bring with them a wealth of knowledge and experience in the B2B marketing sector and will be responsible for driving gyro’s creative excellence in Australia.

Dom Weatherhead, Managing Director at gyro:Australia said, “Our vision for the agency is to change expectations when it comes to the B2B landscape. We brought in Jessie and Simon because of their shared passion and eye for research and ideas, which is pivotal in transforming our offerings to our B2B clients across the region.”

Sharing Dom’s thoughts, Kieran Vye, CEO gyro: APAC said, “We aim to change expectations by ensuring that the work that we do for our B2B clients is impactful and of real value. That can only happen if we can offer a comprehensive suite of services that helps them operate their business efficiently as they navigate the complexities of the region. Jessie and Simon’s appointment are the missing pieces that will further enhance the core knowledge and experience of our team in Australia.”

Jessie brings with her over 16 years’ experience in the advertising industry, having worked for a variety of award-winning agencies with clients such as Coke, Visa, Smiths and Microsoft. With a strong track record for producing work that turns heads, Jessie’s vision is to change the way people view B2B.

Jessie Jordan, Creative Director at gyro: Australia said, “I am thrilled to have joined the team here at gyro. There are so many creative opportunities in the B2B space, and I love gyro’s philosophy of creating humanly relevant ideas in a sector where emotions are almost always forgotten.”

Simon also brings in-depth experience with him, having been building brands and delivering outstanding strategic marketing for over 20 years. He has been working both nationally and internationally with leading B2B brands such as QBE, RBS, HSBC and AXA. An analytical thinker, Simon adopts a pluralistic and collaborate approach to strategy development.
