CINCINNATI – (October 13, 2009) – b2b agency gyro (GyroHSR), plans to move its Cincinnati office to Kenwood in January 2010. The agency signed a lease for a 23,000-sq.-ft. space in the Redstone building at 7755 Montgomery Road.
“Our new Cincinnati office reflects our ambition to be a source of ideas that ignite; that propel our clients’ businesses forward. Designed to maximize collaboration, the space will more fully leverage our integrated offering by bringing our multidisciplinary teams together in an environment that fosters ideation,” said Adryanna Sutherland, president of the Cincinnati Marketing agency. “Cincinnati is a very important market for gyro, and we are committed to providing an energetic and inventive environment for our employees and clients.”
The new loft-like space for the largest of the North American operations of gyro is designed to foster interaction among colleagues in an open work environment. The office will include break-out rooms for quick meetings, open spaces for creative and ideation sessions, wall-to-wall white boards and tack boards, and state-of-the-art technology for keeping in touch with clients and gyro’s 16 other offices around the globe.
Redstone is centrally located within the city of Cincinnati, providing easy access to downtown, as well as to clients in surrounding suburbs.
“Redstone offers gyro the type of space they were seeking to develop a creative and contemporary environment coupled with a great location,” said Craig Roberts, president, Capital Real Estate Partners, who represented gyro in the transaction. SHP Leading Design, a Cincinnati-based architectural firm, is leading the space planning and interior design.
Redstone is a 161,000 -sq.-ft. Class A office building constructed in 2008.
Bringing together Europe’s largest b2b agency with one of America’s largest and most highly decorated b2b firms, in April of this year Gyro International Limited and HSR Business to Business LLC merged to form gyro (GyroHSR).
