Phil Lynagh Appointed Managing Director of gyro Dubai

Dubai [October 10, 2014] – gyro, the global ideas shop, has appointed Phil Lynagh as Managing Director of gyro Dubai.

The former Managing Director of McCann Erickson Dubai, Lynagh has spent two decades in the Gulf (Bahrain, Dubai, Kuwait and Saudi Arabia.) His extensive expertise in the region speaks for itself.

In his most recent role, he transformed Tag Worldwide from three people to three dozen. At the same time he attracted Accenture, AMEX, Barclays, Jaguar and Land Rover as clients.

Lynagh achieved equal success at Momentum Worldwide where he managed growth in the APAC region, also holding a seat on the Momentum Worldwide executive board as well as the McCann Worldgroup APAC board.

Throughout his career he has led Olympic activations for Coke and Adidas, created massive experiential programs for FIFA, Nivea and Nokia as well as worked with many other top iconic brands like Ford, Heinz, Johnson & Johnson, McDonald’s and Sony, to name a few.

Lynagh joins gyro Dubai’s award-winning Executive Creative Director Guilherme Rangel to lead the agency in this important market.
